Dorfkrug im Museumsdorf Adi Rohr in Cloppenburg

The Dorfkrug is located in the middle of the museum village of Cloppenburg and has various rooms such as a hall or fireplace room. The food was really delicious, it was grilled in winter. The service was very friendly and attentive.

Corona is currently self-service. We sat outside and felt comfortable. We can't say anything about the service because of the self-service. The Aperol, for example, was delicious, but for self-service and for not even a slice of orange or something in it, it was a bit too expensive at the moment. We didn't eat anything, but it looked delicious with the other guests, but we also had to pick it up at the counter.

Currently self-service due to Corona. However, the food could still be better. Currywurst doesn't deserve the name. Sausage tastes totally "cheap".

The coffee is great, and also fast on the square. In the capacity of the operation, however, is still a lot of space up!

A very nice atmosphere and wonderful building. However, I am not entirely convinced of the food. Even in Corona times, the food should at least still be warm and the price-performance ratio is not correct in my opinion.

I had ordered a schnitzel today and if you have been in the restaurant business for a few years, you can tell immediately whether the schnitzel is a finished product you bought. A finished product is cheeky for the price of over € 15. In addition, you could taste that old oil was used. In summary: it didn't taste good and it was expensive, but cheaply prepared by the way. I don't like finished products like from the supermarket at all, because I can always prepare such garbage much cheaper. If I let myself be expensive to cook, then it has to be of high quality and it is best to use only regional ingredients! The building looks very nice. Second text: After the owner's answer, I would even like to give negative stars. That they don't blush when they're lying. What you described there is not even roughly true. It was definitely a finished product. Form, external appearance and taste reveal a finished product. And that I ate it up is also a lie. In the end, more than half was still on the plate! And please don't put me there so that I and my family ate for free (it was reduced from the original ~ 70 €, but I still paid 47 € for the scrap). You are lucky that you have a lot of tourism there in the village. If you served this way in a pedestrian zone, you would go bankrupt after three months at the latest due to a lack of customers. Very nice ambience. Large and very nice old, furnished room. For celebrations optimally.

Had a beer while the kids played on the playground. Staff was friendly, enjoyed the beer. Dorfkrug im Museumsdorf ruled brew a great place for lunch too.

The food did not taste at all and was also cold. Unfortunately too much too expensive. The children got the wrong food and got some ice cream. Which was really nice. Unfortunately, the ice cream was no longer edible as it thawed before and so it was just a sticky mass. The museum village is very nice, but never eat again

Was DJing at a wedding. If you like vintage style - you'll love the village pitcher. More is not possible. Great location, super nice staff ... for celebrations of all kinds!

Wonderfully located in the center of the museum village. Great atmosphere. Unfortunately this is the only positive thing I experienced during my visits. Today's visit, however, has exceeded everything. It was sunny and warm at 17:15 to sit outside. The village pitcher closes at 18 o'clock. So enjoy a quick beer. I have lost food after several attempts. 3 waiters were outside and started to clear. We were at this time the only guests on the terrace. The waiters scurried around our table, but ignored us. Certainly distracted by lively discussion among each other. They disappeared without further efforts in the restaurant and were no longer seen. SO NO UNFRIENDLY, BUT ONLY UNMATCHED STAFF.

Well, the menu is good, the food and drinks are ok. The ambience in the beautiful surroundings is right. Right next to the terrace is the playground. Unfortunately, the service is a bit quiet, so you have to wait, which is annoying. However, everyone is friendly. In any case, the visit is worthwhile.
